We are taking a cruise with my wheelchair/scooter bound mother next summer. We would like to go where she could actually get off the boat and sightsee - several years ago, we did the Panama Canal, and she got left on board alot -don't want this to happen again.
So we were thinking Baltic - Oslo, St. Petersburg, Copenhagen, etc. Would really appreciate advice.

Actually, she would do OK in most of the ports. If she has any mobility at all, then she would do excellent.
