Are you guys in a area where the kids are wearing the pants to big where they are hanging down around the knee caps practically. I think that is such a disrespectfull look and can't wait until that fad is over.
That is happening everywhere. I've read about some schools banning them. Each generation has it's fads but at least the past ones didn't inflict the sight of someone's underwear on the rest of us.

I hope here in Illinois we will get past it soon. Now I understand New York is slowly getting rid of that look so I am hoping Illinois will follow suit.....FAST!!!!!
by the way, the picture in that news article is a big improvement on some of the people you occasionally see....sometimes the pants are literally half way down the thigh…i like to think that im still young enough to be trendy, but what’s the point of being trendy if you cant even walk normally?
on the other hand, im not a big fan of the super tight pants look on guys either...i DO like the slimmer, boot-cut style jeans that are around, but ive seen some jeans that are practically spandex on guys....ive seen it more in brooklyn, but its semi common everywhere....it may not be indecent, but i just think it looks dumb
actually, sometimes it can be indecent - ive seen a few pairs of jeans that you can tell whether the person is a guy or girl without looking above the waist, if you know what i mean
We just have them wearing them a little long which does hang around their knees. Atleast they don't have a belt fastened below their butt holding their pants up
The funniest thing I've seen in a long time was a kid trying to cross the street with his waist around his knees. He lost his pants half way across the street, tripped over them and splatted. Thankfully, no one ran him over. What a dork!
The funniest thing I have seen is the back woods guys trying to imitate the fad. Instead of showing off their CK's and etc., they were exposing Fruit of the Looms.
