I think David Archuleta will get eaten alive by the industry. They both sign well, but I think Archuleta will pull it off. I am not saying he is the better singer, I just think he will win.

I have to go with David Archuleta - he's the hometown favorite. I think both Davids are talented but I have to cheer for the David from Murray, Utah as I live in Murray.

I like them both and think they will each go on to do well. David A., will most likely get the teen and grandma votes. The final performances could be the deciding factor though.

Believe it or not, it would greatly benefit David Cook NOT to win. The winner has their first album completely designed by American Idol producers. The runner up has more of a say into his or her album's content. That would allow David Cook to use his natural versatility to tailor make an album that fits his style. Archuleta has proven himself to be a talented individual but his father is choreographing everything that he does. It's a shame:

I liked the kid with the dread locks, but both David's are good. I very rarely watch it, but have seen them in the beginning numbers.
