I see you're online now.... what time is it there? Is it daytime or nightime? Today or tomorrow?

Right now it's 5 am on the 30th. But don't worry - I'm not a computer freak with no life Smile I'm at night shift at work and things are slow here at nights. So I've got plenty of time for internet Smile

A couple of more hours now, and I'll head home to the wife and kid Smile

Svein, how far north in Norway are you? As you might remember, we visited your country last summer, and I enjoyed it greatly. I know you are not as far north as one of my favorite cities, Tromso, within the Arctic Circle. I see it is now the period of total darkness there. (Of course, we had 24-hour-a-day sunshine in July!)

Sorry, I just wanted to see - after I've posted - the difference between Italy time and Cruise-Chat official time.
Right now it's 13:07 (1:07 pm), November Friday 30.

Hi Lisa,

I live in a town called Tonsberg, about an hour south of Oslo. It's actually where the cruise ships bound for Oslo take pilot.

I grew up near Trondheim and I'm familiar with the darkness even though it's south of the arctic circle. forunately we have Christmas to look forward too and from then the days will again become longer.
