Just a guess but the shape and proximity between the two masses could be Turks and Caicos. The area of North Caicos and Middle Caicos island is shaped like that and close together. If so, the top of the pic is north and the bottom south, upside down from the way you'd see it on a map.

Gary those are awesome pics. I have always been interested in NASA. My uncle was an engineer for one of the contractors that developed some of the first Lunar Module components. As Dave noted, the resolution is amazing. I was surprised my old Trinitron monitor could still do that.
