The sunsets are fantastic. Im really getting excited for the next cruise. I have a sunset pic from the Ryndam but as I said, I can't load them from here. I will take to a friends and see if we can post them. Thanks everyone for sharing, and keep it up. Im always anxious to sign on and see the new pics posted.

I remember I saw somewhere in this site some pictures about a "fun machine" made by four or five steel cables linking up one hill and a beach, so that you can "fly" downhill into the sea hanging on a hook - or something.
We were on the Fantasy in April in the Caribbean and the LOS on the first of May in the Mediterranean, so it was funny to see them parked side by side in Cozumel. At least, it gave me a chance to show our next ship to my wife.

I like to pour salt on them like I did in grade school. Unfortunately after their cooked, they don't bubble like they do raw, plus the salt really ruins the taste.
They don't come in shells on Carnival, or on any mainstream line that I've tried. They put the snails on a plate with indentations to hold each piece. No, they are not chewy. The consistency is like that of a mushroom.
