Wow! Great photos! What camera did you use to take those shots of the ferns, waterfall, and mountains? By the way, were those mountains the
Grand Tetons? Is the White Pass Railway in the Grand Tetons National Park?

Gdjoslin(gary?):

The same regarding your photos. Wow!

I was planning on eventually showing my favorite photos here. But they won't compare to the excellent photos I have seen.

By all means post your photos,
My most rent post were taken with a Canon S2IS, the newere version of it is a S5IS. I really like it. It has IS and a 12x zoom. It really takes great photos, plus the movie mode on it is good. Here is a link to a short movie clip taken in Victoria of some street life.( you might have to let it load awhile it is only 30 seconds long) Other photos I have posted were taken with my newer Canon XTI with a 18 to 250 zoom. It also takes great shots but cost more.

It was a two egg omelot to be precise. The little beaks had to be strained out though.

Yikes... I think that I will stick to the safer, more palatable, non-avian variety.

Do you know how lazy that is? It takes much hard work to make a meal out of REAL robin eggs. Lol

PS: The robin built her nest on top of a birdhouse that was already occupied by finches.

Here is a photo of Half Dome. I have been up it 19 times, but not on this day.

Here is a telephoto from the same spot of the top of Half Dome. Notice all the people on top!

And a little closer
