I'm a great fan of Jerry Seinfeld's series on TV and have bought seasons 1-8 on DVD. First of all because it was a great, intelligent comedy, but also because it brings so many good memories from my teenage years in the 90's when the show was aired on norwegian TV. I remember my friends and I used to discuss "Which seinfeld character are we?".
Disturbing as it sounds, I tend to recognize myself more and more in George Costanza!!
Seinfeld is one of my favorite shows; I've seen every episode at least a half dozen times... and I still tivo the re-runs! I must say I've never personally identified with a character, though.
However, "Man Hands" in that one episode was really named Jillian. My fiance loves the show too and sometimes calls me Man Hands just to tease me. (I DON'T have man hands! )
Seinfeld is one of those shows that if I channel surfing I'll stop and watch it and I don't care what episode it is. I've seem them all more times than I can remember, yet I never get tired of them.
From the show about the Inca store: "You've screwed me again, Pennypacker!"
How about the time Kramer took ownership of a stretch of highway and decided to make the three-lanes into a more spacious two lanes and went out in his old beat-up Chevy one night and painted new road stripes?

As long as you don't have any Fusilli Jerrys laying around that I might accidently sit on!
For Americans and people with great knowlege of american society in the 90's it must be a lot more "to get out from" Seinfeld than just the genious comedy, with all the "hidden" references to movies, events etc hidden everywhere. Some are quite easy to observe even for us "aliens" but there's probably a lot that we miss as well.
