Svein, I'd like to offer my congrats as well. I couldn't agree more with a post than Dave's note about the worries not being eliminated but ever changing. Fatherhood is worth every hour of the concern you'll have for life. I always wanted a little girl but have two sons. God knew what he was doing giving me sons. I don't know how I'd have dealt with Daddy's little girl when it came to the dating phase but it wouldn't have been a fun time for either of us if I had a daughter.

Svein, must have missed this post when the blessed event occurred. Congratulations !!! What great pictures!! Those concerns for them never ends; as father of two (one of each) and five grandchildren we are always as or more involved and concerned for their well being and all and it never ends. Parenting just changes with phases as I think Jim stated. We are forever involved with LIFE. Enjoy
