What I found most interesting about the video was the New Zealanders seemed to take the incident in stride. The one lady said she didn't blame the Captain at all. Americans would have been calling their lawyers before they were off the ship.

Or some lawyer among the passengers would have been stumbling around writing down names and addresses. FYI - the Pacific Sun is the old Jubilee of Carnival.
