Wave Hi... I thought we would reply to this site as we just recently won a 7 day southern caribbean cruise with the new Crown Princess ship. Not only is the ship new, but we are "new cruisers ourselves". We have appreciated obtaining additional information as well which we have found useful on this site. So thanks. We are cruising December 2-9, 2006 departing from San Juan to Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Maarten, St. Thomas.

Hi. We are sailing on the maiden voyage on 6/14. Can't wait! I have been looking for information on the Princess website, but found little. We called the 800 number and did get some more information - but again, not too much. Write us after we get back on 6/23. I am sure we will have a wealth of knowledge by then!

As you know she arrived in NYC last week. This past Saturday they allowed invited guests on board - VIP's, travel agents, their most frequent cruisers, etc. for a sneak peak and dinner. I have seen some of the pictures of her interior that they took and read the reviews and everyone seems to be unanimous that she is gorgeous - much nicer than the Grand, Golden or Caribbean. I guess the changes Princess has made are all for the better.

I can't wait for my cruise to get here; though I do not want to wish the summer away and the cold weather back. I'm also excited to hear and read reviews for others as they actually sail on her for a real cruise.
