I've just completed your questionnaire about my experiences on board Golden Princess which were to say the least, appalling.

Hmmmmmmmm, If this is the best in the Princess fleet, then they should sell up, and let someone buy the ships and refit them entirely including replacing the staff onboard. I can safely say I have spent time on better designed ferries (car ferries included)than Golden Princess. P&O should disassociate themselves as much as possible to avoid having their good name tarnished. If you want to be impressed by your first cruise, then choose another ship and NOT Golden Princess....Then main deck was covered with lino....very.........................cheap and tacky
