We are tentatively booked on the Dawn Princess August 25-September 1 to Alaska. This is our first big family vacation (2 kids ages 8 and 10).

Our room is E309, and I'm concerned that it being almost towards the very front of the ship that I will get sea sick. I've been on 4 cruises before, but rooms were already towards the middle.

Anyone with Dawn Princess experience?? I'm also wondering how the kids program is for 8 & 10 year olds.

What is the food like on kids' menus? Is there one? I sure hope so ... my son is very finicky and he is so thin he will surely starve! I better pack the spaghettios and a hot plate! haha.

Thanks.

Not sure about the kids menu or kids programs on board sorry. We sailed on the Dawn this past January for 10 days. But I would suggest you try to switch your cabin to mid ship or a little aft. The cabins towards the front will get more movement if the ship should come across any rough seas.
Best of Luck!
