Assuming you mearn May, 2008, yes, that's as far out as I could find.
It varies by ship and destination. They move ships around so if you are looking for a particular ship you have to go the the page for that ship and click on "cruises".
If a ship appears to stop doing a particular itinerary go to "destinations" and you can find out what ship replaced it, if in fact one did.

swimmersonboard, when you are on your cruise in March, you can make an open booking for a Princess cruise. The deposits are lower than what you'd pay otherwise, and you'll also receive a shipboard credit. The cruise can be taken any time within a four-year period. If you'd like to sail Princess again, I hear this is a great option.

The onboard cruise consultant might also have 2008 itineraries.

Enjoy your cruise... and I am so anxious to hear about your vow renewal ceremony!

LisaP forgot to mention that the cabin credit they apply is in addition to any other cabin credit or incentives that's offered from your travel agent. If you decide to not cruise again with in the four year period the $100 p/p deposit is fully refundable. Lol

Thanks That will be a great way to do it. I don't usually have enough extra cash to book again while I'm on there but this time I think we will be able to.
They don't specify that it has to be a certain ship, Just Princess??

It applies to any Princess ship and the deposit has to be made while on board a Princess ship. It's just Princess's way of drumming up future business. It started a few years ago & I never really paid much attention to the whole pitch but since we keep going back to Princess again & again it really doesn't cost me anything except to put up $200 for a deposit for a cruise we'll most likely take anyway.
