All cruise ships supply beach towels in one way or another. On some ships the cabin steward will provide them & others will hand them out as you get off the ship.
Rich is correct - all ships have beach towels for ports. If you want more than one per person just ask - it is often meant to look as though you can only get one per person. If you ask more is not a problem.
