We are trying to plan an Alaskan cruise for next year. Prices on the Diamond and Island are comparable.

Are the ships comparable? We are retired and looking forward to our first Alaskan cruise. We have done 6 Caribbean cruises--4 on RCCL and 2 on Celebrity.

The Diamond is larger than the Island(sister to the Coral).
Diamond has 2670 pax, Island 1970.
Both lovely ships. Depends on the size you prefer.
