Hello all. What a great idea this board was!!!

I thought I would start a thread for my next cruise. This is my 4th cruise. But my first on Princess.

I have been on Carnival (Eastern C.), Royal Carribean (Western C.), Celebrity (Alaska), and now the Golden Princess (Southern C).

I am excited to see the ship. I will be on the Baja Deck (B323). After Alaska my wife and I decided that we will never go without a balcony again.

Any info you may have on the trip, or the ship will be much appreciated.

I just sailed aboard the Golden Princess May 30-June 6 doing the Classic Southern? (Eastern) Caribbean. I'm in the process of writing a detailed description to post, but in the meantime, feel free to ask me any questions. We were in a balcony stateroom on the Caribe deck.

I have planned a cruise reunion on the Golden 2/27 & 3/69(back to back) for 10 of us who met on the Ocean afew years back. We have all booked balcony cabins, most of us on Baja. Can't wait!I look forward to your review.

I just returned from the June 6-13 sailing aboard the Golden Princess. We were on the Carib deck 10, with 2 adjoining balconies. Loved everything about the cruise. My shore excursion tickets were waiting for me in my stateroom. We had ordered them on-line. The food was great. The service was fantastic. I liked the automatic tipping policy. No awkward moments on the last night fumbling for an envelope. Our stops included St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Grenada, Isla Margarita, and Aruba. Some of the entertainment was second rate, but we liked the comedians. I had my kids with us, and they enjoyed the on-board program. I will do another Princess cruise.
