I am going on the Caribbean Princess at the end of October to the Eastern Caribbean. Can anyone out there please tell me what night is Caribbean night in the dining room? I know from experience that is, in my opinion, the worst night for food so I want to make sure and make a reservation at one of the specialty restaurants for that night.
I appreciate any help anyone can give me!
