You can request a table for two, 4 or take run of the house or sit at a larger table that they are filling up. If you request a table for 2 you may have to wait. You will be given a pager. We have never waited more than 15 minutes. If you don't want to wait you can get seated at a larger table. The problem is you may be seated immediately but you will still have to wait for the rest of the table to fill up and for all of the orders to be taken before you are served. If you like a particular waiter you can also make a request to be seated in that waiters area. you can also make reservations in advance for a cetain table or waiter. There is nothing mystical or hard about personal choice. It you have dined in any restuarant you have dined personal choice. This "new" concept is now being introduced at sea.
