I'm not sure about Emerald Princess, but there is no charge for saunas, hot tubs, etc. on the other ships. Only personal services have a fee. Although The Sanctuary has a fee, correct Penny?

The Sanctuary did have a fee, but I wasn't aware of it. I helped myself to a glass of water, walked around and took pictures. No one said anything to me and I didn't get charged. I guess if I would have sat down, they would have asked for my cruise card. I feel bad that I took a glass of water, but I didn't know there was a charge. Oh well, I lost enough in the casino to more than pay for a glass of water, heck we could have gone on another cruise. The charge is $15/pp for a 4 hour time slot.
I don't think Princess would begrudge you a glass of water, Penny--at least I hope not. I must say I think $15.00 for four hours of a quiet deck is outrageous. They create the hoopla all over the ship--and then charge you for a little peace and quiet. That's one reason I always book mini-suites.
