Who has been on this ship and would you recomend it. It's about $4K to $5K less expensive than Regent and we're wondering if it's worth the savings. Our target is to go to Tahiti in March '07.

I've not been on the Tahitian Princess but I have been on the Paul Gauguin and I recommend it VERY HIGHLY - especially now that Regent is all-inclusive. I've said this in other posts but I'll say it again - the ship and the crew are superlative!

I have friends who cruised on the Tahitian this past August & loved it.
When I went to Tahiti it was on the Regal.
I ADORE Tahiti.
