Does anyone know the rates and process for emailing from the ship? Do they have computers, or just ports for your own laptop? I'm in a job search (Web Designer/Detroit) and I want to figure out how to check my phone messages and email while onboard. Sail date 5/22/04. Thanks! Patty
I heard it's .50 per minute - that was from a review I read from someone who cruised last year on the Coral. Is that the ship you're on? My 82 year old Mother, 10 year old son and sister and I are on the Coral on 5/22. mjohnson@ecb.state.wi.us I would appreciate replies from anyone booked on that saling.

Just back from Caribbean Princess. They have a large Internet Room with approx 16 PC's on deck 7 plus another 3 PC's in the Library on Deck 5. Rate is 35 cents per minute.
You can also bring your own laptop and they provide WLAN access in the ship's atrium - same cast but its sold in half hours chunks at $10.50 - the pain is continually buying more time as they are not setup yet to renew automatically. They also sell cards for PC if required.
Overall xlnt service and the good news for regular crusies is that for platinum and elite members internet access is free.
