Could you tell me about the sanctuary. Someone said you need to pay to reserve a chair on the deck for a day or week. Is it so crowded that you can't get a seat without reservations? Is it really that nice? Thanks

Here are my pictures from the Emerald, there are some of the Sanctuary in them. They charge you for half days in the Sanctuary, and I believe it was $10/pp. They don't charge you just to walk around or take pictures there. It's not very crowded at all. It's a place that you can go and relax without people running around, no microphones or games, just a nice quiet area. You can arrange for a massage, they will serve you food, it you want. They will bring you beverages. There is a magnificent view from there. It was one of my favorite spots on the Emerald. Best wishes for a fantastic cruise!
