I think I may have already posted this question, but cannot remember. Can anyone that has experienced having a room in the rear of the ship on Princess please tell me how it was? I have heard good and bad. Just how bad is the vibration if at all?
We personally love the back of the ship, provided that it is on one of the higher decks. We booked and inside right outside the aft deck so we don't have the added expense of a balcony that would hardly be used. Booking the last inside right off the deck makes it seem like you have your own deck especially in the later evening when others are else where on the ship. We found it a romantic spot to watch the ships wake. We are booked on the Star Princess in Dec on the Aloha Deck. This deck even has isn't own adult pool as a bonus. On other ships we booked an inside on the lower decks and yes you can hear more noise. Now it's the higher the better. Hope this helps
For my Baltic Cruise on the Star I was in A747 - aft cabin. Had no trouble with vibration. Once I heard some deck chairs being dragged or something - but, not early or late in the day.
Hi just returned from Baltic Sea cruise 05/15, was in D626 in back of ship no problems... other than day at sea when he when we hit high swells on the North Sea....... the whole ship was rocking and rolling. Back is close to buffet dining...... but a long way to the front of the ship. Next time I am going to be in the MIDDLE of the ship!
