First thank you to the ones that gave me the info on my previous post about parking in LA, I will use the facilites at the port. We have a balcony cabin Baja Deck center port side on our Feb 16th cruise. I have read that privacy can be an issue on Pincess Balcony's. My wife can be a nudist on her "private balcony" when at sea, is this going to be an issue for her? This has not been an issue on Carnival of RCCL ships in previous cruises.

Hi peeksdad,

Princess's Grand class ships has very little privacy. People from the deck(s) above usually has full/partial view into your balcony.

Just thought you should know.

sc6103, that is very true of Dolphin deck--you are wide open; and Caribe deck is partially covered. but Baja and Aloha deck balconies are the same size so Baja balconies are covered by Aloha balconies and Aloha balconies by Lido deck. peeksdad, you should have no problem on Baja deck. But if should ever decide to book on Dolphin deck, please let me know.

Peeksdad, just make sure your wife knows that they do maintenance on the ships while they're in port, so she may want to wear some clothes during that time. You wouldn't want any crew members falling off of the platform. They do use safety harnesses, but it would be an eye opener to some poor crew member. Eek
