I've cruised single before I married my husband. I didn't go looking to hook up, I went to enjoy the cruise and the Caribbean. Tell your friend it is one of the best vacations he'll ever have whether he hooks up or not. He can meet all kinds of interesting people, but he can also have a wonderful experience.
