Looking to purchase 7 Day cruise on Star Princess and found vactionstogo.com nearly £500 per person cheaper than anything I can get in UK for same cruise. However, doing some searching around the web another Travel Agent had said he could not sell me a Princess Cruise from the US because I am a UK resident. Has anybody come across this before and what have you found out/done?

Has any UK resident booked a Princess Cruise via a US website? What happened?

Of course you can buy from V.T.G. Sounds like that agent is miss informed.

I have used V T G several times and never had a problem, ask for Johathan, he was great. They have good prices and a real person to talk to. I always shop around the other sites just to make sure I get a fair deal.

the reason for this is that Princess Cruises requires that passengers booking a Princess cruise in the U.S. must provide a U.S. postal address. Unless others have followed this step recently, Princess is the only major North American cruise line with this restriction.
