The new Coral Princess will
have a gas turbine engine mounted
on the smoke stack to supplement
her diesel power. Should be an
inviromental improvement. Anyone
scheduled for Feb 22nd cruise to
the Panama canal lets hear from you.

Bill there will be at least 8 others joining you on 02/22/03. Four from Long Island, two from Tenn. and two of us from MD. If you haven't done the Canal yet, trust me you will love it. My better half and I have sailed from Acapulco to San Juan on the Sun March of 2000 and it was WONDERFUL. Hoping 1/2 is as great as the whole thing was. Will miss seeing the Bridge of the Americas though.

and I are from New Jersey and will
be sailing with our friend John. We did
this trip last year on the Crown Princess
and loved it. I agree the canal is truly
marvelous.Our daughter did the full canal
on her honeymoon, the problem was they
were up so early so as not to miss anything
they took a mid-day "nap" and missed the
bridge of the Americas. As the trip grows
nearer perhaps we can arrange to meet for
