After last nights horrendous earthquake has this affected any of the Princess itenaries and which ones.

How would the ships deal with a tsunami warning, would they simply go as far away as possible?

My thoughts go out to all the people and families affected by this.

According to Wikipedia, ships at sea are seldom even aware of tsunami activity. It's not until the wave energy approaches shore that it compresses and starts forming the huge tidal surges.

I haven't yet heard of any itinerary changes.

That's correct. Tsunami damage occurs as the wave energy approaches more shallow waters. This is why the major tsunami in the Indian Ocean didn't affect atolls such as Diego Garcia...it has no shore to speak of so the tsunami barely caused a ripple.
