when breakfast-time is over, they only have lemonade, sometimes fruitpunch and ice-tea in the Windjammer for free. If you want to order OJ you have to pay for it, unless you have bought the sodapackage, where some juices are included.
CCL has juices (orange, tomoato and apple)available free all day. Coffee, tea, lemonade and hot chocolate too. Outside of breakfast, the number of beverage stations offering may be limited but it should be available.

I can assure you that RCL certainly does not offer them for free after breakfast. If you need OJ for you drinks, just bring a few glasses back to the room for later, a sliced orange also works well as a drink garnish, so be sure to ask for a steak knife at dinner to cut the fruit.
On RC, the soda, juice and lemonade is free IF you buy their mug. It's about $5 per day and then you can get free refills all day. If you decide to purachse the mug, you need to purchase the mug the first day on board.
That isn't entirely correct. The soda card stamp on your cruise card is all that is needed. You do not have to use the mug all the time. Many people think this is the case, but it isn't. If you don't have your mug with you, they will give you the drink in a regular bar glass.
They did on the Mariner. I once had a larger balcony room that had one and also on another trip had the inside room with a bay window overlooking the promenade and that one had one as well.
