I know that you are limited on the number of cigars that you can bring back to the US. They also say that it is illegal to bring cuban cigars back, but I have read that some cuban cigars are legal. If you bring back cigars that aren't legal, do they just take them away at customs, or are there fines. And if there are fines, how do you know what ones are legal? Roll Eyes

Great questions. I have been on cruises where folks have switched the bands on Cuban cigqars to get them into the U.S. but have never heard of fines (other than confiscation of the cigars)
