In the Mega review of Millennium submitted by Jose Sa, the following account of a meal in the Olympic Dining Room is related. I don't know if it was a Freudian slip, but I'm very surprised his whole party ordered that as an entree:

"On the menu there is a suggested brand of wine for each item. Quite obviously, every guest is free not to follow this recommendation. Since we
all chose the same entrée, 'Flambéed Scampi wrapped in placenta,' we decided to have the recommended wine. Unfortunately it cost $110. It was a white wine, although very good it did not justify the price we paid for it. We had already chosen as aperitif three glasses of champagne and a cocktail of champagne. Given the fact that a gratuity of 15% is added in every drink purchased onboard the Millennium, our sommelier went hilarious"

Definitely one of the more unusual ingredients (& accompanied by what us Aussies would regard as a very expensive white wine when you convert to our
money!!). Still, with that on the menu, you'd need a Stiff drink.
