You mean you want to sit at the kiddie table too? Confused

Yup! If Mr. O is there it's the place to be.

I think it would be especially fun if Raoul comes along. I'll buy you a drink of your choice!

I will sit at Mr. O's table for the 2nd seating, and settle for leftovers! Big Grin

Chef Ken,

it's too bad that I won't be able to make it this time, but I have a cruise planned for early September, 2008 already. So unfortunately this one would be too close to that date for me. Frown

Best regards,

Raoul Fiebig

All in the interest of making friends and smoothing any "rough waters."

Or maybe a "Bridge Over Troubled Waters".

For those who may not already have heard about the changes to the Fantasy class ships I wanted to give you an update. Our ship for the cruise-chat cruise; the "Inspiration", and the "Imagination", will be the first two Fantasy class ships to receive these changes.

The initiative is a $250 million project called
"Evolutions of Fun". The main Lido deck pool will feature a resort-style, with umbrellas providing shaded areas and a tiled "beach" bordering the pool. Thatched roofs will cover one of the two whirl pools. Towering faux palm trees will enhance the tropical resort-style ambiance. A "Carnival Water Works" aqua park will be introduced on the Verandah deck. It will feature a four-deck high, 300 ft, spiraling tube water slide. A separate 82-foot-long triple-lane waterslide will be featured. (I can see Mr. October, Dave, and f-mattox racing down this slide). Other additions will be a "Serenity" adults-only deck area.
Other changes such as remodeled staterooms, flat-screen televisions, atrium lobby bar, coffee bar and nine-hole mini golf have already been implemented on other ships.
These are just a few things you have to look forward to on our cruise. You can view here for a sneak peek.

Michael,

We are also still working on a cheering section for you at the karaoke. Some want bullhorns and hats, but I am thinking of a more understated show of support with "Mr O" t-shirts and police whistles.

Thank you, Jan; this is great. Maybe this will inspire some who are still "on the fence" about the cruise. I realize some simply can't make plans this far out--but come on folks, we need more than one table.

The 300 ft. tube water slide sounds great; as does the adults-only deck area (Mr. O, she said adults-only--not topless).

But my trip will be complete as long as I can get a Balloon hat like Dave's at Senor Frog's.

Why do I have this strange feeling that I am going to end up on this soon-to-be-legendary voyage?

Hey everybody!

Several members who can't go on the cruise have pm'd me to ask if we will have a pre-cruise bash that they could attend. Great idea!

For logistics, I'd like to suggest we look into getting a group rate at a hotel in Tampa which has bar and restaurant service - with the idea being everyone could stay there overnight before the cruise, and we could have a little party.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to put this together?

Dave

Now that would be great, since we could be in control and get our own food and drinks.

Sounds great! I have this crazy idea that when Michael sings we could get Rick on stage playing the piano or something at the same time. It would be so much fun to cheer them on. Big Grin
