Met Chef Ken and his wife yesterday at the Mall of America. We are getting a bunch together for an Alaska cruise in landtour in 7-08, think you could go on that one too? I could live on a cruise ship if we could afford it.

Dave, How did you come up with August for the cruise? I try to avoid the Carribean during the summer. Hurricanes you know! I sit on pins and needles the whole time wondering if my cruise will get cancelled. Also all that humidity! I love cruising Nov to May. I will still see about going. My daughter lives in Tampa. I avoid going to see her during the summer too.
SanDee, you live in Texas and are worried about heat and humidity in the Carib? And hurricanes? I'm in Houston and would take any port in the Carib over here in the summer or any other time of year. If one gets cancelled, you rebook, no biggie. Not worth worrying over.
Hey Dave, I was waiting till you got back to post this. You had mentioned getting T's for the cruise. Carnival has came up with some deal to make T's. Here is the Link.
I don't know the pricing or details, just saw it and thought I would pass it along. I live near the Tackiest T Shirt Capital of the World. I can get quotes for screen printing if you decide to do any price comparisons.
I know is early on, but wanted to give you a heads up if you later decide on doing this.
Best regards, Dwayne

I'm curious, how many people signed up for the cruise so far. I'd be there, but my husband is in college still. Gotta cruise around the dreaded school dates. Lil' Lori
Maybe Jan can let you know Lil' Lori. It's only 2 days he'd miss any school. We leave on Thursday, come back on Sunday, so he wouldn't miss much if anything. Normally, all he'll be getting are the sillibi in the classes. Or, leave him at home, bring a friend along and join us!
