I've noticed many have already booked well into 2008 and I believe I've even seen mention of 2009.

How far in advance do lines post schedules?

Ours will be a group of 15 on an Alaskan cruise in either May or June 2010.

Any leads on when we might expect to see routes and dates, along of course with prices, would be appreciated.

I assume the best prices are for early bookings.

It will vary by cruiseline and on the destination. Year round destinations like the Caribbean will be out farther in advance. Generally 12-15 months is common for most cruise lines.
