One more day and we will begin our journey to Alaska! The Bloomington, IL airport is about 90 miles from us, so we are picking up my Mom and heading for Bloomington tomorrow. On Wednesday our plane departs at 6:15 AM (with any luck at all!) and we will be on our way.

We have two layovers and should arrive in Anchorage after about 14 hours of traveling. It will be a long day, but I know the adrenaline will keep us going!

Seems like we have been waiting for this cruise forever! It looks like it is finally going to happen and we are very excited. Thank you all for your encouragement and support during this past year. The wrist is healed, the appendix is healed, and I'm ready to go!!
