Sailed on Holiday Sept.9-14. Very unhappy with this cruise. This ship did not live up to Carnival's usual high standards. Anybody else on same cruise as displeased as I am?

What were the problems?

The Holiday is an older ship, much smaller than most of the Carnival fleet. That may account for some of the problems. If you are expecting a cruise that looks like the current TV ads, then be sure of the ship you're booking on - they are not all alike, even within one cruise line. (Yet another reason to book thru travel agents, as they are more likely to be aware of these differences.)

This was my fifth cruise, the last three on Carnival. Crew failed to follow standard safety procedures.Hit by flying glasses and rolling trash cart while in Tahiti Lounge. Dining room service was very poor as compared to previous Carnival cruises.
