How can I buy stamps to mail post cards back?
We are going to Jamica, Grand Caymans & Cozumel.

The ship usually carries some stamps. Or just find the post office in port.

One of the touristy things to do in Grand Cayman is to go to Hell and have mail a post card from the little post office.

in most cases, it's a little expensive than it's face value due to the exchange rate and handling changes

you can buy stamps from purser's office or guest relations desk on board the ship.
