Here is a link to site that has a document you can prepare and have the parents of the child sign if you are taking any child on vacation with you. On P&O ships this is almost impossible unless you decide to steal someone elses card who is over 18 and can forge a signature. Under 18s have their cards highlighted in yellow and with asterix.
