Hello everybody,

it has just been confirmed that Joanie Ogg, President of the National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents (and wife of Cruise-Chat.com founder Tom Ogg), is becoming a member of CLIA's Cruise Industry Hall of Fame.

Congratulations, Joanie!

Wow! That is great news, Raoul. She certainly is deserving of this high honor.

Joanie is a wonderful woman and has been a great asset to home based travel agents. She is leaving her beloved position at NACTA and has accepted a position with Travel Counsellors. The CLIA award is well deserved.

I just saw Joanie about an hour ago and gave her a big hug. She will be honored at the Hall of Fame dinner being held tomorrow at the meeting I'm attending.

She has done a tremendous amount for the travel industry, and will continue to do so in her new role. Travel Counsellors is lucky to be getting Joanie!
