New guest program further defines Silversea as the most flexible cruise line

(Ft. Lauderdale, FL - May 15, 2003) Ultra-luxury Silversea Cruises today
announced an innovative program that enables guests to embark and disembark
with maximum flexibility. Expanding on its success with such revolutionary
concepts as Personalized Voyages sm, which allows guests to create their own
customized cruises, Silversea is now making it even easier for guests to
check in and out from their cruise with flexible embarkation and debarkation
options.

"We want to ensure our guests enjoy a totally hassle-free vacation, so we're
always exploring innovative ways to offer greater flexibility and
convenience," said Bill Leiber, Silversea's Senior Vice President, Sales and
Marketing. "With our new program, we're now giving guests the option of
boarding the ship as soon as possible, or remaining on board for a short
time after their cruise has ended."

Added Leiber, "Some guests may have an early-arrival flight and will prefer
to transfer directly to the ship, so they can enjoy a full-course lunch in
the ship's restaurant before getting settled in. Or, after their cruise,
some guests may prefer to linger a few hours in their suite, have lunch, go
exploring ashore without worrying about their luggage, or just enjoy
cocktails in the ship's lounge before catching their flight home. It's all
about giving guests what they want."

There is a nominal charge for the new embarkation and debarkation program,
which will be applied to the guest's shipboard account. The cost ranges
from $100 to $150 per guest, depending on the guest's personal requirements.
Subject to local government regulations, which may limit program
availability, the following options are available:

Early Embarkation - Guests wishing to board their Silversea cruise earlier
than the scheduled embarkation time (usually 3:00 p.m.), may embark as early
as 10:30 a.m., after guests of the previous cruise have been cleared by
customs and allowed to disembark. Early-embarking guests will have access to
their suite, as well as the ship's restaurants and public lounges, where
they can relax and enjoy fine food and drink. Guests need to register for
early embarkation prior to the cruise and the cost is $100 per guest.

Late Debarkation - For guests wishing to remain aboard ship as late as 5:00
p.m. to have lunch in the restaurant or relax and have a drink in any of the
public lounges, the program fee is $100 per guest and should be arranged
through the Concierge aboard ship. Late-disembarking guests are also issued
a special pass that enables them to come and go from the ship as they
please, and Silversea arranges for the storing of their luggage. For guests
who also require a suite, the cost is $150 per guest and is subject to
availability.

Guests are encouraged to consult with their travel agent or visit the line's
Web site, www.silversea.com, for complete terms and conditions on the new
program. Early-embarkation registration forms are also available on
Silversea's Web site.

Silversea Cruises is recognized as an innovator in the luxury segment,
offering guests large-ship amenities aboard intimate vessels designed to
offer an atmosphere of conviviality and casual elegance. The launch of
all-suite luxury sister ships Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper continues

features and amenities aboard vessels catering to just 382 guests. For the
seventh consecutive year, Silversea Cruises was named best small-ship line
