Regatta to cruise from the most dynamic, vibrant city in Florida

Miami, FL, May 14, 2003 – Having already chosen Miami as its corporate home, Oceania Cruises has gone one step further
and chosen the Port of Miami as the winter homeport for its first ship, the intimate and luxurious 684 guest Regatta.

Frank Del Rio, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises stated, “Miami is our home in so many ways, on so many levels, there is
no other city we would prefer to sail from. This is where I was raised, and raised my children. And our corporate roots run very
deep, the majority of our shareholders call Miami home as do the majority of our employees.”

Sailing a variety of 12- to 14- day voyages, Regatta embarks on her first sailing from Miami on November 25, 2003 “With its state of
the art port facilities, tremendous air-lift and excellent access to major transportation networks, Miami is the port of choice. With its
wide variety of cultural attractions, eclectic dining and vibrant nightlife, Miami offers a myriad of pre- and post-cruise choices you
won’t find elsewhere,” added Del Rio.

Charles Towsley, Port Director for the Port of Miami stated “We’re delighted that Oceania Cruises has chosen to homeport
Regatta in Miami. She has the distinction of being the first luxury vessel to homeport here and we’re sure that many others will
follow in her success.”

Regatta’s 2003-2004 winter schedule from Miami includes the most alluring and sought after ports of call in the Caribbean and
Central America.
