I will be leaving out of the Port of New Orleans on Febraury 18th on Carnival Fantasy. Can anyone tell me about this Ship? Any tips? Any fellows travelers on this date??

I traveled aboard the ms Fantasy over Thanksgiving. The ship is an older vessel, but clean and very nice. I cruised solo, but met the best group of singles at dinner on the first night. Lots of fun things to do on the ship. The crew is awesome, available, and happy to assist.I think you will have a ball.

LOL...that is great...I just notice I put 02/18/2007, should have been 2008.

I am so excited, I can not wait. I just hope the weather will not be to bad where we can't fly out! Right now we are getting sleet and freezing rain here in Kansas City...yuck!

Thanks for correcting the date for me. I am so excited about this Cruise! It will be the first for me. I am learning alot of do's and don'ts on this board. It is very helpful and informative.

Same concerns here- flying
out of Boston. We will be doing
3 nights in New Orleans first so
at least we have a buffer for
weather emergencies
