Which port has the best snorkeling of Puerto vallarta, mazatlan or cabo? We really want to do some snorkeling as my 16 yr old daughter has never done it before but can't decide which port to do it at?

I have seen good rates at the following sites for snorkeling in Puerto Vallarta, has anyone booked through these ones? Are they reliable?
