I live in San Diego, and am going RT to Buenos Aires (coach) in less than two weeks for a South America/Antarctic cruise on the Star Princess. I, too, have great concerns about the travel, as it is over three hours to Houston, and then over then hours to Buenos Aires. However, I think it will be the trip of a lifetime, and I will let you know how bad the plane travel was when I return. We will be going on Continental (which, at my last flight with them had fairly comfortable seats and legroom compared to some of the others). Will also let you know if that still holds true. Ellie

Me too! Want to know all the details. I leave March 15 on the Crown Princess from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso. Planning a few days in Chile at the end, but would love to hear how your trip went.

Hi all Back from the Celebrity Infinity Buenos Aires to Valparaiso. Fantastic trip! The flight from LAX through Miama to BA was uneventful though long. No matter... arrived about 9:30 am and did not board ship until 12:30, waiting at airport for Celebrity bus to take us.
Submitted a review a few days ago but it never posted. Three days post disembarkation were spent in Vina Del Mar and loved it there. Booked a private tour from there for the day into Santiago with Arianna out of the Sheraton in Santiago. She is wonderful... arianna@netline.cl
