We booked with "original canopy tours" out of puntarnaus costa rica way back at first of may. Sent them all our credit information, they sent us confirmation number. I emailed them late last week to confirm the reservation,they said, oh yes, looking forward to you coming. Well we leave in 2 days for our cruise and i get an email from them cancelling, apparantly they just signed a new contract with princess and are giving pre exhisting reservations the brush off. I am fuming and told them I would pass the word on what they did and they more or less laughed, well, here it is, DONT BOOK WITH ORIGINAL CANOPY TOURS, they have poor business practices and dont care about anything but the almighty dollar.
