I was wondering if there are many young people on the Crystal Cruises. I know it is not a big party ship and much more classy than many other cruises, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are many college age guests, or teens.

While I absolutely LOVE the Crystal experience, I am an adult. Unfortunately, it is most likely there will be only a handful of other teens or college age students (of course, it varies depending on when you are planning to cruise). On my last sailing there were only 5 children onboard and 3 of them were there to visit their father (one of the ship's officers).

I am currently on the Crystal Serenity and there are a good number of children on board including many teens. However, I suspect that the length of the itinerary (6 days) and fac5t thaqt the cruise borders the holidays has quite a bit to do with it. They have a very active children's program and the kids seem to be very happy.

I suspect that Nancy is right though. A longer voyage not during a holiday period would peobably have few children on it.
