We are thinking of taking a Mediteranean cruise and came across the Costa Romantica. Has anyone been on this ship? Also one site said that they may not speak English on this cruise, is that true?

This was the worst cruise that I have ever taken. As Americans we were treated like third class citizens, I could write a couple of pages on all the things that were bad about this criuse. Matter of fact my sister in law wrote Costa an 8 page letter telling them all the all them everything that went wrong.
