We are parents of a 3 and 1 year old and are scheduled to take a disney cruise this winter. What have parents done while the kids are sleeping, do monitors work? Can you move the furniture so that the bed is in the main part of the cabin and put the kids in the back?

well......I dont want to offend anyone, but, are you suggesting that you leave the kids sleeping in the cabin while you go to other parts of the ship? Did you not see the parents on tv that were arrested when they left the children sleeping in the hotel room while they went to the bar with their monitor.

There is a nursery on the disney wonder that is 6.00 perhour, but, you can only leave them for a total of 10 hours for the whole cruise.

just got back from Disney Wonder. Beware, the LOCKS on the door were easy for our 2 year old to open. Way too easy. We had to put the coffee table in front of the door while we were in the room. Nursery is great however, there is a 6.00 per hour charge. There is a curtain that can be drawn between the two living areas, the bunks and the queen. The crib is actually a pack and play that is set up at night. Hope this helps.
