My husband and I are planning to take a cruise on the Paul Gauguin in 2008 (French Polynesia) for his 50th birthday. Anybody else planning a cruise on the Paul Gauguin in 2007 or 2008?

Hi we have been thrice on the PG. The last time was for the new year's cruise 2006/2007. It is a small intimate ship with wondeful service and full of nice touches.

If you have any specific questions let me know and I shall try to assist.

The ship is now open bar and I enjoyed an evening cosmo at the Piano Bar.
